REFUNDS

Refunds are given if our team is liable for the dissatisfaction of an item. (Damage)

once an order is placed it can not be cancelled.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are not excepting returns at this time.

SHIPPING 

DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED

Most orders are PROCESSED THEN SHIPPED within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary and MAY EXTEND sometimes due to volume of orders. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local USPS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
