SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Brief

As a Social Media Manager for BARE BASICS you will be responsible for assisting in growing, updating, and managing our Instagram and TikTok pages. 

Objectives

We are hiring a social media manager to handle daily duties aligning to our social media platforms as well as helping develop a strategy to grow our social media presence and engagement. This person will work closely with other team members including our Budget and Finance team, Marketing Team, and Ambassadors. 

Some of our KPIs include: 

  • Growing our following and engagement on Instagram and TikTok
  • Discover other Social Media platforms to grow our brand. 
  • Create a growing community around our followers
  • Successfully track social media metrics to develop a strategy around overall conversions and growth

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of our social media manager include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze customer expectations/trends according to past social media activity
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use social media marketing tools and planning tools
  • Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
  • Monitor social media insights and engagement
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders and team members
  • Work on creating effective and engaging content for our social media platforms
  • Effectively communicate any needs with other team members including content, or budget. 

Skills and Qualifications

This role is considered entry level:

  • Experience as a social media manager or a similar role 
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in crafting engaging content
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Graphic design experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a social media manager

 

SMS/EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

Job Brief

As an Email/SMS Marketing Manager for BARE BASICS you will be responsible for updating customers and converting metrics through email and SMS Marketing for our brand 

Objectives

We are hiring an Email/ SMS Manager to handle daily management of our SMS and Email Marketing, as well as helping develop a strategy to convert “clicks” into purchases! This person will work closely with other team members including our Budget and Finance team, Social Media Team, and Ambassadors. 

Some of our KPIs for Email/SMS include: 

  • Growing our Email and SMS list 
  • Discover creative ways to interact and connect with customers through Email and SMS 
  • Grow percentage of interaction with email and SMS
  • Successfully track email and SMS metrics to develop a strategy around overall conversions and growth
  • Successfully convert subscribers into customers 

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of our Email/SMS Marketing manager include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze customer trends around SMS and Email marketing 
  • Develop Email/SMS flows/campaigns 
  • Design interactive emails for customers to push sales of products 
  • Develop strategy to grow subscriber list 
  • Successfully develop and define “VIP Subscriber List”
  • Use email/SMS marketing and planning tools 
  • Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
  • Successfully A/B test to develop best practices and templates for Email/SMS
  • Regularly updating customers on sales, new arrivals, and discounts, and other brand announcements 
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders and team members
  • Creating overall marketing strategies and seasonal strategies as well as collaborating with the social media manager for consistency and cohesion across channels
  • Effectively communicate any needs with other team members. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in developing strategies for growth through SMS/Email
  • Ability to market based on current industry and culture trends 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience crafting engaging content to attract customers
